When Alt/BT of Jazz or Meister came out a few months back, it kinda left me with mix feelings. On one hand he's a good looking dude looking at the pix on the net but on the other hand he's too plain looking for my liking, no stickers like the old Jazz we all know and dig about. There's a red version but still my heart wasnt much in it. Until le last week when i saw the actual toy itself in botmode TRU display case, and man wasnt i in awe! He's one supercool lookin bot, period...and guess what? i just bought this dude Saturday baru ni :) My first Alternator, yipee! Alhamdullilah, me just loving it. Even my wife likes it too. He's a Mazda RX-8 in his vech mode. I bought the Alt version btw. The white plastic doest look cheap as i first expected it and in a way kinda shiny lookin gak. Details are good, i luv the exterior detail more than the interior's - the rim, the front grill thingie, the lights, the exhaust cum weapon etc. Good stuff people, just good stuff. Bot mode's great too. The minimal-style design of plain milky white really grows on me in both mode. Good articulation too which means good posing all around from this baby ;)



Transformation? Well on a scale of 5, i gave it a 3. Not too difficult but not too easy either. The concept transformation is quite easy. Just the kibles and stuff aje yg menyusahkan keadaan :) If the transformation is the same as Smoky, i wonder wat the guys were fussing about on how difficult to transform him. But..me dont have smoky so can really say much but seriously my rid Sideburn still reign supreme in the tukar bentuk department ;) All in all, is it worth my bucks for getting this toy? Yup, for an alternator, definitely. For BT, get it only if you have extra cash too blows. Let me remind you here the price of 1 BT can get you 2 Alt and probably 1 energon deluxe as well, so think
it over before you think die-cast is worth the extra moolah. Now i'm contemplating of getting a bad guy lak from this line but takde le desperate sangat or anything. As for now i'm just gonna sit back and enjoy a bit of jazz here :)

new house, new job and a baby on the way :) wat else would i want right? well a chance to surf at my new workplace would be nice..heheh. You see, the good thing about tempat keje baru aku ni is i save a lot. Yup, it's located kat S.Alam, about 15 minutes from my house; no
 super-jam cam kat kl tu; no toll and no parking to pay and good places to eat here are all within walking distance. But, yeah, there's a but of course - office-wise, we 're using a very old version of msoffice here-excel5and word6 can you believe it?! No more surfing and reading emails at my own private terminal here...no siree...we're all here sharing one common pc for all that..boohoo??? major boohoo times infinity if you asked me! Nak tak nak kena le pakcik jenguk c.c. once a week.
Ingat my current setup of P2 dulu dah kira old dah le, gegile tak caya bila transfer kat sini i'm using a P1 setup :) Layan aje le... i miss  the guys back at my old dptn dulu..sigh. Environment here is ok, but it's not as 'free to roam' if you know what i mean. Oh well..layan aje le..insya-allah...

My new place...aahh..me luv me new place...so many things teringin nak buy 4 de house masa pi ikea bebaru ni..but so little moolah..ahaks!  Kat Ikea tu selagi boleh benda2 dilekatkan ke dinding, selagi tu le dia akan lekatkan..tak caya pi le tgk :) the baby..aahh..another wholesome goodness..me first child is expected  this middle of July...doa2 kan le for everything 2b ok ye.

TF? what about TF indeed..sejak takde chances to surf ni..4 me to jenguk my regular forum pun memang tak kesampaian langsung but my latest haul nonetheless was none other than the RM Victory Saber gifset. Me like it :) wish it is more poseable but it's one great tf alright. Pix already taken, but yet to be edited and uploaded. One RID tf coming  up for me soon...insya-allah. Also my trans-goat still yet to be picked-up ;) So many on my wanted list but currently at the top of the list are :-  Energon Wingsaber, Alt Jazz (saw it on display kat TRU recently in bot  mode, totally made my heart goyang man!), and RM Screamer - so damn hard to find this one...grrr!!

Movies - ni satu lagi benda yg aku adore but tak berkesempatan nak find the time to do it. Last week sempat tgk :- 1) Clockstopper - quite an old movie but very watchable..go see it if you're into Hackers etc. 2) Shall We Dance - ok but kinda dragging a bit, me wife like it though. 3) Elektra - hands down i like DD better than this one, maybe worth for just 1 watch le. 4) Hitch - latest from
Will Smith - good movie - worth a dvd buy from me. Will go hunt for a couple more movies today, grooovy..:)

Alhamdullilah...finally me and the wife dah officially moved out to our new place :) Semalam was D-day and let me tell you i dont want to go through all that again! ;) Yup we did hired a lori and a couple of guys to angkat the stuff but still there're lotsa small2 stuff that just couldn't be fit into the lori so nak taknak kena le angkat sendiri. I lose count already how many times i dah turun naik tgkt3 of my apartment tu...*phoooosh* penaaaatttttt!!!*.


On saturday baru ni lak, my regular Tf forum held its 2nd annual gathering in subang jaya. Lotsa members turnout this time and the toys for displayed there were just awesome. Amongst the highlights - G1 Shockwave, Fort-Max, Metroplex, Lego Metroplex (i kid you not), Gigastorm, G1 Scorponok, GF OP nad many others including a couple of Botcon stuff if i'm not mistaken.

Though i didnt won anything from the lucky draw *boohoo!*, i did scored Optimus Primal (Blast Punch) from one of the member for a good price *woohoo!!* :) Just luv that orange monkey ;) Pix will be taken later, penat pindah tak habih lagi...ahaks!

Also i still tak edit lagi pix taken from the gathering, but for pix from the other members you can proceed to the TransMY website. Lotsa gambo there i tell you..muahahaha :)

Hello again..as usual i'm kinda late :) - selamat menyambut awal muharam and happy chinese new year to you all bebaru ni.

the 5 days break was a welcome change but it sure was freakin' sekejap to me. pindah some stuff to my new place mostly took most of the time and insya-allah kalau takde apa2, i'll be officially moving out this sunday. hurrah!

another welcome news is i will be transfered to s.alam brance of my office starting this march...alhamdullilah :) no more jam woes for me hopefully. and the most relief part is i can send my wife to work every morning :)

alhamdullilah..looks like everything is going well with my new house. grill dah siap..concrete top dah siap..plumbing dah settle..fan and lightings completed sunday baru ni and semalam dah kautim with the kitchen-cabinet. now tinggal is lighting for the dining place (this one coz tak beli lagi lampunye plus takde pun takpe cuma kurang cantek le..ahaks..) and also lampu untuk balcony luar. The main issue now is the pindah barang and stuff..not sure yet bila..most probably raya cina ni..but sikit2 tu dah bole dah angkat apa yg. patut :)


TF - rasa macam dah lama gak gua tak angkat TF (yeah, right!), here's the latest catch - Beast Machine Primal Prime!..woot! woot! :) This baby is love at first sight..tak ingat kat mana aku pernah nampak the pix on the net but it was definitely cinta pandang pertama (uwek!). Seriouslly i'm not expecting it to be pretty huge in size...so it was quite a surprise for me. Here's the little lowdown of the pros and cons :-

Coolness - size does matter ;) ; great color scheme; the bot and ground vehicon mode are just awesome imo.


Negativity - ground vehicon mode - cool thing allright but nak transform nye tensen skit especially the hand part; air-mode - not to much to say about it but it looks kinda sucks..heheh!


all in all a great tf being it my first bm and all...good gimmick with the missiles and lights (though i havent try on this one yet - maleh nak carik screwdriver bukak tmpt battery ;) pics tak amik lagi coz of the helter skelter with the rumah baru ni..but insya-allah i'll snap some up soon ~

yup, the batuks's still there..gets worse early in the morning..bummer..

took the day off semalam to settle on my concrete-top at my new appartment. finalized on the designs, measurement and what not, color of the tiles, etc...and alhamdullilah today depa dah start working dah. will siap in 3-4 days insya-allah. once that dah siap, will contact those guys from Wira Kitchen plak to settle on the cabinets and hopefully...hopefully *though it looks kinda slim now*, me and the wife can move-in by end of this month...but insya-allah feb ni le kalu takde apa2.

bad news - my home notebook i've been using all these while to edit my pix and stuff dah kong - h/d prob. now looking for 2nd hand pc, p3 pun jadik le but at least have a usb port and good h/d and ram. *sigh* so for now..my gallery kinda pending a bit. *bummer*.

Grrr...i'm just sick man...batuk, selsema..sakit tekak..semua ada..the whole package...semalam m.c..but what to do, it's not like it'll be gone in a day, betul tak?


Movie bits - Ocean Twelve - hmm..have to watch this one again as the copy i got was kinda bad. But seriouslly speaking - the first one is much more fast paced compared to this one. O12 was more in terms of stylo looking imo.

anyway, here're my latest haul of the day :-

1. RM Convoy - tak mampu nak beli MPOP, the RM version pun ok le..:); so-so vehicle mode; luuuvv the bot mode, who doesnt anyway? ;) good articulation and accessories.

2. TF Ultimate Guide - tak plan pun nak angkat buku ni..just one of those spur of the moment thing..nak sedapkan hati - it's kinda cheap - rm78 after rm10 discount ;) compared to it's initial release in some book stores; quite hard to find book; great artworks all around; would look good in a display case...etc...etc...but still yg. sakitnye is my credit-card :)

3. BW Transmetal Scavenger - couldnt resist myself getting this one as it is on super-sale at rm17.50!! The box was dented here and there but it's still MISB..tu yg. pentingnye ;) This is my first BW figure - Transmetal somemore which means some part of the figures was given a shiny coat of paint kinda like metal looking la if you asked me. Anyway it's a 3-mode TF :-

a) fire-ant mode - semut api tuuuu...pretty huge mode due to it's long legs; good details and articulations. Legs tend to pop-off if you're not carefull..but no sweat there, you just pop-it right back in.

b) all-terrain assault vehicle mode - at first i thought this mode kinda ugly coz the instruction guide kinda vague looking for this mode. But searching the net tadi proves it to be not so bad at all...



c) bot mode - i think this is my fav. mode. resembled the superhero Tick crossover with Unicron - this mode is seriously evil lookin in a fun way ;) good articulation...luv the shell-legs kinda thing.

The transmetal/translucent thing really makes this figure standout i guess. Read on the net it's been a shelfwarmer during the late ninetees due to name changes made by Hasbro. Suppossedly the name should be Inferno and not Scavenger. All in all i gave this one a two-thumbs up especially if you can get it at a good price ;)  p.s. Klang Parade.

I wrote some stuff tadi..but tak tau le what happened, i think i've accidently pressed something on the kb, and tup-tup everything gone! Bah! tensen..now dah maleh nak tulih dah.... :(

Movie update - National Treasure - starring  Nicholas Cage - good movie - worth buy if and when the dvd's out. *baru tgk the vcd last weekend*.


TF update - 3 new catch-of-the-day :-

1. Energon Battle Ravage - cool beast mode; ok bot mode - bot face sucks; good weapons.

2. Energon Divebomb - good beast mode - shame on the tail though; cool bot mode; good gimmicks.

3. G1 Hound - so-so bot - what to say, it's a G1 bot ;) vehicle mode - one of the best in G1 imo - really dig the jeep; cool accessories.


Hmm..dah pendek sgt le nampak ;) oo..wat the heck..

pics will be up in a few-few days nanti...yea..yea..these are all old toys..you've seen it b4 elsewhere..but like i care..muahahaha :)

just wanna update all you frequent fly-byers to my tf gallery - my E.Landmine gallery was updated with some new pix yesterday. feels like i did a bad job on the first attempt and glad to say i'm pretty much satisfied with this one. speaking of E.Landmine, i'm starting to like the vehicle mode even more now..hehehe..the key word here is rugged :) currently placing it on the mantle piece with the 3 car brothers. My X-Brawn gallery was also updated with 2 pics of all the car brothers in it - go check them out. Still gives me a little headache whenever i try to transform this dude ;)
